JOIN THIS CLASS IF YOUR GOAL IS TO: find a fun new workout that will challenge you; learn new parkour-inspired skills LEVEL: All (no experience necessary) EXPECT TO: Get a full body workout (including a 12 min HIIT warmup circuit) and learn or refine new movement skills (e.g. vaulting, balance, crawling, rolling, swinging, jumping). It’s $30 for a drop-in, half off your first class ($15) and 20% off for a 5-class pass ($120).
