1-hr Speed walking & 1-hr Group Personal Training Session

Join Sinda & Sheryl, RYT, HealthCoach for 60 minutes of Speed walking at the dam, followed by a 60 minute led Group Personal Training session with a focus on toning, tightening and with a focus towards weight loss. This means little to know no weights, circuit style obstacle course and integrated yoga poses with stabilization and strength at the dam by Sinda Anzovino, ERYT, YACEP, NASM CPT, IIN HealthCoach, Spirit Junkie LifeCoach, Reiki Master Teacher Trainer! Please send payments marked as private or as friend/family depending on which app you use. Payment are non-refundable unless it rains in which case full refunds will be sent in the same method of payment. MUST RSVP- Cash payments day of will be accepted as long as those who rsvp do show up. If not, then payments will be need to be made in advance. This is an awesome 2 hr session designed to motivate, inspire, keep everyone accountable and get or stay fit! Nutrition tips may be discussed as well as other ways to help facilitate your goals pertaining to your health! MUST RSVP by 8pm MONDAY!!!- we will start promptly and don’t wanna leave anyone behind. Please wear appropriate workout attire and comfy sneakers. You should bring some bottled water so you stay hydrated as well as a towel or mat if you don’t want to stretch on the grass! (bring your friends and partners). This location has bathrooms and free parking. Rain accommodations: This event will be cancelled if it rains.
