A Taste of the Taste is about creating a total dining experience that excites the senses. If you are a foodie looking for a unique gastronomic event, this monthly Meetup group is meant for you. This month, we are dining at The Hudson Water Club. Check out this mouth-watering menu! Appetizer: Chinois Salad (GF); Napa cabbage, wonton chips, red pepper, carrot, sliced almonds, scallions, peanut dressing.
Entree’s: Chicken Breast Fresca (GF); grilled and marinated in guajillo pepper, served with Spanish style rice and beans, pico de gallo.
Vegetable Lasagna Alforno (GF); Layers of butternut squash, roasted red pepper, eggplant, zucchini, fennel, cauliflower cream sauce, and pomodoro tomato sauce.
Shrimp Piccata (GF); Jumbo shrimp, trofie pasta, shallots, parsley, white wine, sundried tomatoes, capers.
Dessert: Tres Leches; Spanish sponge cake, soaked in three kinds of milk and rum, whipped cream.
