Giggly Improv role playing to beat depression/anxiety !

Here's a fun and non pressure way to deal with depression and anxiety. I'll lead us into some silly role playing which allows us to be gentle, make friends and have fun with our negative self talk. let's change our mindset to work for us and help us learn to laugh at our selves so that we are less critical of our after thoughts. Attendance will be limited to 5 to ensure that everyone gets a chance to participate and take advantage of the fun sessions. Take advantage of this gentle way of breaking out of our comfort zone so that you can learn new behaviors to tackle your depression/anxiety. Put yourself in charge of your thoughts with laughter! This event will be run out of my home in Bells Corners.
