The guided yoga nidra experience takes you down into a deep brain-wave state—one that can't be reached through conventional sleep. Each time you practice yoga nidra meditation, you're stilling the waves of the mind through conscious entry into the sleep state.
Crystal bowls sound therapy , produce a harmonization between their vibration and that of the person. They create a range of sounds to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of diseased and out-of-harmony parts of the body, mind and soul. Please bring a Yoga Mat or Pillow- Whatever you need to be comfortable!
