•Mental presence (yoga will give you the rest- flexibility, strength, stamina,...)

•As many friends as you want *optional

-if they don't have Meetup, they can pay cash at event. Just send me a message to notify when you sign up. If you have any preexisting conditions (pregnancy, knee replacements,...) - bring it to my attention before class. Your safety and well being is my priority! Some Yoga Etiquette to be Aware Of:

  1. Arrive 5-10 Minutes Early

  2. Silence Your Cell Phone. (Option to hide it in your bag)

  3. Remove Your Shoes. (Option to keep your socks on)

  4. Don't eat >2 hours prior

  5. Skip Savasana

  6. Respect the Space. Weather: Mostly Cloudy, not as warm
