Wildly Fit Indoor Class - Mobility + Agility

JOIN THIS CLASS IF YOUR GOAL IS TO: feel more fit and move better overall; undo some of the damage of sitting all day LEVEL: All (no experience necessary) EXPECT TO: Warm up through floor-based animal movements and mobility work, bump up the intensity through a quick HIIT circuit and focus more deeply on proprioception, stability, balance and/or another skill. You'll experience elements from natural movement / Movnat, Stick Mobility, parkour, and the Fighting Monkey Practice. We'll be barefoot, just like in a yoga class, and all exercises can be made low impact. Every class is different, and may include partner work.
