A traditional oriental "Hatha Yoga" class in a supporting, compassionate, healing, uplifting, enriching, and non-judgmental environment. Level: All levels are welcomed, including absolute beginners.
We are a completely non-judgmental group, so you are not competing with any of the other fellow practitioners. Format:
Guided Hatha Yoga postures: starting from beginner easy poses, moving to moderate, and finally challenging (optional) for advanced folks.
Some "Pranayam" (breathing): makes the experience more complete, truly touching and connecting your mind, body & soul.
Asana of the Day: an interesting posture to break the monotony of the same routine with a surprise element such as Superman etc.
Integrative of some Meditation, Reiki, and Acupressure.
Yoga Nidra: Relaxing healing end. What to bring?
Nothing. We have quite a number of Yoga mats, so you can just show up unless you really love your mat.
