Running in the River Park
Chaque semaine le vendredi
Join me for a nice run along the river park. I plan to run for 40-60 minutes in total as part of my preparations for the Madrid half-marathon in April and other races later in the year. May include some hill training too (improvising with the few hills and slopes we can find in Valencia). Option to stay for a work-out in one of the outdoor gyms afterwards.
