They will help you to release muscle tension and enjoy the freedom of movement. The lesson starts with a warm-up that integrates relaxation techniques, vigorous exercises, and breath work to prepare the mind and the body for the stretching part. The stretching techniques include folds, backbends, hip openings, and twists. The goal is to help you creating longer, leaner muscles and a body with more mobility. The lesson wraps up with a calming meditation. In the end, you will walk away with boosted energy, improved mood and with a feeling of being more alive.
