Hatha Yoga (in English)

Hatha Yoga is a balance of physical vitality with calmness. It cultivates harmony, inner peace and well-being while also benefiting the body physically. Everyone is welcome, as poses can always be modified.
Strength and flexibility will come with patiance and practice, mental benefits begin right away. We will have a warm up, some strong salutations and practice some classic poses. Lots of explanation and support for beginners. The classes are donation based, yoga should be available to everyone, and I am happy to share what I know. I truly love yoga and it's so beneficial, I really want you to benefit also.
It's also an opportunity to practice generosity and build good karma. Bring a mat (I have a couple extra, send me a private message if you need me to bring one for you).
Wear comfortable clothes in layers. It's better to practice not on a full stomach, avoid a heavy meal before class. Please only sign up if you can make truly make it, or update your attendance to let someone else sign up. Please send me a private message if you have any injuries before the class.
