Classics Challenge 3 - PARIS-CHAMARANDE - 130km (with 80km option)
sam. 23 mars à 08:30
Full 130km Route: https://www.strava.com/routes/16851141
80km route: https://www.strava.com/routes/17601940 (ends in same place but diverges from longer route at about 70km) NOTE the new starting spot at Seine Musical, on Ile Séguin in Boulogne-Billancourt. From what I can tell, you get on the island using the first bridge east of Pont de Sevres. Registration for the ride, hosted by Classics Challenge, is not required. The Paris Cycling Group has also devised a route back to Paris for those who don't want to take the train. It is just 55 km long and ends at Pont de Sevres: https://www.strava.com/routes/17414853?utm_source=android_share&utm_medium=social&share_sig=I92JJZR31551794945&_branch_match_id=343198575663327093 . According to Classics Challenge, RER C trains to Paris leave Chamarande every 30 minutes at :09 and :39. If we do as normal, we will start with the 8:30 a.m. group, although we don't always stay with them. As this is larger than just a group ride of Paris Cycling B-Group, we typically do not stay together as an entire group. We typically ride at our own pace and form smaller groups with those who want to ride at the same pace.
