They just raised $125M to provide a new protein source. 💰 Niccolo Manzoni is the Founding Partner of Five Seasons Ventures. He’s invested in stellar US startups such as Impossible Foods, Beyond Meat, Just and Memphis Meats, trying to revolutionize the way we consume animal products. 🌿Benoît Plisson is the cofounder of HARi&CO.
