Meditation is a private retreat from all the challenges our daily life throws at us. It takes 21 days to form a habit. And it takes 42 days to build up our "Spiritual Stamina"! Participants will learn a simple, practical meditation technique that they can put to use daily. This Wednesday meditation series focuses on creating a habit for meditation over a 3-week period. Each week has a singular focus aimed at ingraining meditiation into our daily DNA by strengthening our spiritual practices. No. This form of meditation can be done by any one - from 8 to 80 years! NJ Transit Perth Amboy train station is a 10-12 minute walk to the meditation center. What can I bring into the event? Nothing! No yoga mats, no postures required. Just your presence.
