Family Yoga at Radisson Red Brussels
dim. 17 février à 15:00
👩👦👦 Family Yoga is the practice of Yoga with children and their parent (or an adult friend/family member). 👦 During this 1:15 hour workshop, kids (4 - 12 yo) will learn the basic skills of Yoga in a safe and fun environment while cultivating trust, playfulness, and community using games and partner counter balances. No experience necessary! 🎈Most importantly the aim here is to take a break with your child through postures, relaxation & acrobatics (acro yoga) making this a fun and enjoyable experience full of laughter. With the practice of these disciplines we develop confidence and trust with one another. Come and let’s practice and play together :) 🎈About your teacher Sabrina Messal: "Beginning yoga more than 15 years ago to relieve severe back pain, I not only felt completely physically restored but also discovered a wonderful mental and human adventure ... which led me to a great desire to share. Trained at Atlantis school in Lasne in Hatha yoga, I then became interested in yoga therapy, yin yoga and child yoga. I continue to navigate and feed myself in all that yoga can bring to me" Sabrina is also a mother of a young daughter with a wealth of experience teaching Kids Yoga. You will be in safe hands! :-) 🎈 Drop in Price parent and 1 child : 25 euros
🎈 Additional 5€ per extra child per parent 🎈Radisson RED Brussels is a convivial design hotel located in the heart of the European Quarter.
It's also home to OUIBar + KTCHN (an all day dining spot open 7/7 from early morning until late evening) > Pretty convenient if you're looking for a drink or snack before and after the workshop.
Besides, the venue offers family-friendly amenities among which several games to enjoy free of charge (table-tennis, table football, dutch shuffleboard...). Free fast wifi is available on site.
Kids will love the decor created by Belgian cartoonists Wauter Manneart and Max the Radigues! FR YOGA ENFANTS
