You will learn how to make TERIYAKI SALMON from scratch,
and also learn how to make some other Japanese healthy side dishes. Teriyaki is a cooking technique used in Japanese cuisine in which foods are broiled or grilled with a glaze of soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. You will learn to make the following: *Teriyaki salmon
*Agedashi tofu (deep fried tofu with dashi broth)
*Sunomono (wakame and cucumber vinegar salad)
*Shouga Gohan (ginger rice)
*O miso shiru with seasonal vegetable (miso soup)
*Green tea (matcha) madeleine Please bring your own apron :-)
