Winter Long Pose Painting Series: Session TWO

This is part two of a two part uninstructed figure painting series over two Sundays, February 17, And March 24, featuring model Stephen Steciew. Each 3 hour session is $25, with one model in the same pose over two sessions, giving you an opportunity for a 6 hour painting (or drawing!). Come for both sessions or a single. Paint and draw from this extended long pose and leave with fabulous work! Enjoy a calm and relaxed environment with great music, tasty snacks and mimosas! Additional wine and beer available for purchase. All media welcome, chairs provided but please bring your own collapsible easel if you wish to work from one. Only chairs provided. Drop in for one session or any combination. Each individual session is $25, reservations and payment required in advance. *THE SPACE
The session is held in a wonderful space, the DANCE STUDIO, in the lower level of the building, and has an intimate atmosphere. Noelle Timmons monitors the session, a resident artist at PS109 who also works and teaches continuing ed at NYAA. RSVPs are required, you cannot buy tickets at the door. Come by and enjoy yourself, be inspired, listen to good music, leave with beautiful paintings and drawings. *SESSION DETAILS
-Model poses consist of 20 minutes on and 5 minutes break, with one 20 min long break half-way through the night. Please enter quietly if you happen to arrive late, we start immediately at 5pm. -Absolutely no photography of the model permitted, cell phones to be used discretely (and again, photographing the model is never tolerated). Bring your painting or drawing materials, and your portable easel or other painting equipment. Please clean your station when you leave. Chairs are provided, but you can bring your own collapsible easel if you own one. Small snacks and MIMOSAS provided! Directions & Tickets
