Service desks are prevalent across industries and often represent the day-to-day interface between many companies and their customers. Such operations are rich with data, but applying that data to achieve measurable and continuous business results is far from trivial. In this Meetup we will talk about some of the unique challenges that service centers present from a data engineering and data science standpoint, and walk through some examples of how carefully crafted data science solutions can drive an improved customer experience while looking after the bottom line.
