Did you know that there are about 2 million Ethnic Koreans of Chinese nationality? 朝鲜族, or Ethnic Koreans, are one of China’s largest ethnic minorities and, to this very day, still preserve traditional Korean culture and cuisine as part of everyday life. This particularly unique group of people speak both Korean and Mandarin as their mother tongues and have completely adapted to the mainstream, Han Chinese way of life. Come practice your Mandarin/English, interact with like-minded people, mingle, have fun and learn about this Chinese minority group from none other than a real, Korean – Chinese. Who better to talk about such a fascinating topic? HIGHLIGHTS: 1.Improve and practice your Mandarin 2.There will be time to “free talk”, or chat, with all members of the group 3.Take part in Mandarin-based activities and icebreakers 4.Network and mingle 5.Learn about ethnic-Koreans and get chances to ask and answer questions related to this topic All levels are warmly welcomed!
