How a little prioritizing and habit change can go a long way
sam. 23 février à 11:00
2019 is well underway. You're back into the swing of things, but that to do list is longer than ever! You have so many things to do, so little time. You feel like you are firefighting the 'problems' and that you're not really moving forwards to where you want to be. On Saturday 23rd February you have an opportunity to take some time for you to invest in yourself; to pause, to take stock and to learn how a change in some of your habits could have a positive long term impact on both your day to day life and long term goals. Together in a safe and supportive environment we will use coaching techniques to look at how doing less really is doing more and explore how to prioritize what will give us a "real win" rather than a "quick win". We'll then take a look at the impact of some of your habits on your life and look at different techniques about how you could change those unhelpful habits to help you live a more productive, organized and happier life. It will be a really interactive and personal workshop. The structure of the workshop allows a lot of flexibility for participants, ensuring that if your priority is your work/health/personal life you can focus on whichever area you feel is most beneficial to you. You only need to share what you feel comfortable sharing. If you want a little more clarity, focus and drive to make the most out of 2019 join us for this edition of Saturday morning motivation: How a little prioritizing and habit change can go a long way. The workshop starts at 11am and will include a break with tea and a pastry (it is Saturday morning after all!). By the time we finish at 2pm, you will feel clearer about what you need to do and with practical techniques about how you're going to get what you want! Frequent questions
What do I need to bring to the event?
A pen and an open mind would be great! How do I contact you if I have any questions?
You can whatsapp me on [masked] or email [masked]. Have a look at alexadoman.com as well for more information. Do I need to buy a ticket or can I pay on the door?
As long as there is space you can pay on the door. (But please be aware that there is limited space.) Can I bring a friend?
Of course! It is encouraged that you don't sit with them though, as the great thing about these workshops is speaking to new people and learning about the different ways that people work to achieve their goals. I don't know anything about Coaching. Is that a problem?
Not at all. This workshop is accessible to everyone. My English isn't that good. Can I still come?
Everyone is welcome, however as this is an interactive workshop it is recommended that you have a good level of English if you want to attend. Please contact me if you have any doubts.
