You are invited to our Free introductory session: Mind & Meditation for Inner Peace • experience gentle yoga • knowledge of Mind-Body-Breath • learn some simple yet powerful breathing-techniques • experience a guided meditation • learn about Art of Living Happiness Program No Prior experience of Yoga or Meditation necessary. Come in light stomach, wearing comfortable clothing. Art of Living Foundation is a non-profit, educational & humanitarian NGO engaged in stress management & service initiatives.
