Understand your autonomic nervous system to feel more in control of your body. For the next few months we'll be running a resilience training program called Bounce Back Better (B3). Each week we will discuss another topic related to career resilience to help you improve your growth and change process. No matter what phase of change you're in, we will make sure to include everyone and make the discussions relevant for you! No prior attendance is required, so you can jump in anytime.
