Join Lu (Alpine Active) and Emi (Be the Best You) for an all new mums only fitness class focused on helping you to safely rebuild your strength and fitness whatever stage of your postpartum journey. Growing a human is no mean feat and our bodies undergo huge changes during this time. With the whirlwind that is learning to look after a newborn and then adapting to life as a mum, looking after our bodies can often take a back seat.

Take a break from work (or life) and make some time for you: - 45 minute class (12h15 - 13h00)

  • Full-body workout tailored specifically for mums, adapted to all levels

  • Focus on restoring deep abdominal muscles and rebuilding pelvic floor function

  • Fun, friendly sessions open to mums of all abilities and all postpartum stages

  • CHF 20 / class - every 10th session for FREE
