Meditation is very beneficial to your physical, mental and spiritual well being. These meditations are suitable for everyone...from the experienced meditator to the absolute beginner. We will spend approximately 30 minutes in actual meditation with time allotted for instruction and discussion. During the meditation, Wendy will guide us to a relaxed state.
Every meditation will lead to a silent period and instruction on how to use your breath or mantra during the silence. Please note that chairs will be provided as well as a backjacks, cushions, and blankets. You are welcome to bring your own cushion or blanket for added comfort. It is recommended that you dress in layers as your body temperature may fluctuate during our meditation.
