When I first started learning Chan meditation, I was just starting a business. I was under a tremendous amount of pressure and my stress level was so high. After many years of regular meditation practice, my head is so clear and my stress level has dramatically reduced. Chan meditation can help you develop a solid and powerful skill to improve your productivity and energy level. You will be so much sharper when you make important decisions. I feel that this is an important skill to have for everyone, specially, for entrepreneurs, financial analysts and etc. We focus on developing your concentration power which will provide an immediate and practical application to your life, enhancing your work and daily routines. As your concentration power grows, you will become calm and centered. You will become healthier and function more effectively at whatever you put your mind to. What is Chan Meditation
Chan meditation is the most advanced form of Mahayana Buddhist meditation. We follow the tradition of Wei Yang lineage, one of five Chinese Chan schools transmitted by Grand Dharma Master XuanHua. We adapt Chinese Chan training methods to the Western culture and call it "American Chan". What we will do;

This class is free and open to public. It’s designed to benefit everyone from different traditions, religions and ages. Instructions will be given according to your level from beginners to advanced meditators. Instructor: Shana Han
Shana Han is the founder and CEO of Hansderma, Inc. She has successfully established her business on her own after moving to the US alone. She is now a meditation instructor national wide. For the past years, Shana has dedicated her time to practice Chan and Mahayana Buddhism. Because she got so much out of this practice, she decided to share this wonderful experience with others. With her teacher’s help, Dharma Master YongHua, she started to teach Chan Meditation.
