Learn and deepen a variety of mindfulness and meditation techniques for reducing stress, being more deeply present, and cultivating greater peace of mind. Studies at Oxford and Harvard universities show that most people who complete this course experience less stress and greater well being. The teacher, Darran Kilbride, has trained in world recognized meditation centers in the United States and Asia and has trained as a mindfulness teacher with the University of Massachusetts. The course is taught in English and is suitable for beginners. It includes a class once a week on Mondays for 8 weeks starting Monday February 18th. It also includes an extended class on a Sunday from 11am to 6pm in a center in a beautiful natural setting in Cercedilla. --------
