“Kundalini yoga is the experience of your own excellence.” ~ Yogi Bhajan You are warmly welcomed for a special class of Kundalini Yoga with Kathleen Good, Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, appropriate for all levels, beginners are especially welcomed.
If you can move and breathe, this class is for you! In this class, you will learn the components of a Kundalini Yoga practice as taught by Yogi Bhajan. We will start with pranayama or breathing exercises, a yoga kriya (sequence of movements), savasana (deep relaxation) and end the practice with a wonderful meditation. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early, wear loose, comfortable clothing. Bring a water bottle, yoga mat or meditation cushion if you have one and a shawl or light blanket. We do have yoga mats and pillows in case you will like to use ours. About Kathleen: Kathleen was Introduced to yoga as a child and rediscovered it later after a serious challenge to her health. Interestingly Kathleen had practiced law before becoming a Kundalini Yoga teacher. She trained and received her certification from Kundalini Yoga East in New York City in 2010. Kathleen is committed to sharing the gift of Yoga to maintain physical health and peace of mind. She is also Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga and Childplay Yoga teacher.
