Combat soldiers wear up to 40lbs of gear (not including a pack) including body armor, a weapon, ammunition, and supplies into battle. Strength and endurance training wearing a vest that mimics this resistance can unlock the strength and endurance to accomplish any mission and win the day. Join us to master this tactical fitness challenge. Bring a weight vest loaded with 20 lbs. Let us know if you have questions about gear prior to the session. Expect to run 3-4 miles, drill, and perform physical challenges under your vest. Arrive at least 10 minutes before start time for accountability. Ensure that you pack water, comfortable shoes, and weather appropriate attire. Please inform cadre in advance of the start if you have an injury that will impact your participation in the event
