Much of life is about about being present. Please join us for a 45 minute guided meditation to cultivate deeper states of awareness, focus, and calmness of body and mind so you can be truly present to yourself and those around you.
A 60 minute yoga class is offered prior to prime the body before seated meditation. * Schedule:
