WARRIORFit Ruck Club: Develop tactical fitness with Ruck Marching

Combat soldiers wear up to 80lbs of gear including a ruck sack, body armor, a weapon, ammunition, and supplies into battle. Strength and endurance training under weight that mimics this resistance can unlock the strength and endurance to accomplish any mission and win the day. Join us to master this tactical fitness challenge. Bring a backpack or rucksack packed with at least 10% of your body weight, or 30 lbs - whichever comes first. Experienced ruckers should pack 35lbs to 45lbs. Arrive at least 15 minutes before start time for accountability. Ensure that you pack at least 4 liters of water, a change of socks, comfortable shoes or boots and weather appropriate attire. Please inform cadre in advance of the start if you have an injury that will impact your participation in the event. Who signs up for a WARRIORChallenge?
