Womb Yoga: The Power of Sensuality

Womb Yoga (sacral movement for women and female identifying people) This workshop is an experiential journey which incorporates revitalising, nourishing, and feminine based practices for all women and female identifying people. In this workshop we will be moving through gentle womb yoga practices as well as well as meditation and yoga nidra. The workshop is designed to teach women and female identifying folk how to nurture and bring joy to their bodies as acts of self love and particularly to cultivate pleasure as a guiding principle through specific movements and practices. The experience will provide practical tools and greater insight into the power of sensuality as a life force energy. Exchange // $35 About Lana:
Lana Homeri is a Kurdish woman, human rights lawyer, and healer. She is a registered yoga teacher (including well-woman yoga therapy/womb yoga) and Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki practitioner. She specializes in women's health and empowerment. She was born of movement and migration and worked as an advocate for immigrants' rights in Thailand and UK for several years. She discovered yoga and meditation as a way to support and ground her work with migrants. She is here to participate, support, and serve the movement of rising humans. Her passion for self-transformation work comes from her very own story of seeking healing and growth. Lana's ancestry carries a rich history of migration, creativity, displacement, resistance, and transformation. She is supported by a lineage that gives her the strength and vision to dedicate her life to empowerment.
