Meditation Practice & Shared Stories

In the context of the Art of Living Mindfully and Purposefully, we will practice mindfulness meditation to implement the knowledge and the techniques learned in the first two sessions. All (four) meditations will be guided so, no worries if you have not attended the previous workshops.
The meditation session will be followed by discussions.
The idea is to create a space of shared ideas, a space of creativity, view new perspectives, network and exchange. Fun, tears, laughter, learning, revelations, good humor, small talks or heart-to heart, motivational talks, all will be there. Venue: TBD
