Kundalini Yoga Class Fridays

Kundalini Yoga takes away the clutter and as this happens space opens up and the conditions to see and listen to your true self emerges. Kundalini Yoga helps tap into what we are looking for in a subtle and magical way. Each class is 1h30mins and during this time we practice different yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayamas), meditation and we always have a final relaxation. Some classes may be very physical and others may be more meditative. We sometimes chant mantras too. It is a deep practice; your energetic body and mind will get a wonderful exercise. This will be 1.5 hour Kundalini Yoga class. All classed include meditation.
Classes are in english.
All levels welcomed! Your first class: 2 x 1. Bring someone along and only pay one class (15€)
