8-Week Cycle - Mindful eating or eating consciously allows us to reconnect with our senses and being aware of our relation with food and how and why we eat. It's a new way of living oneself's nutrition in a society where eating has become an automatism.
This technique teaches us how to develop the conscious of our relation with food (often emotional) and satiety.
