In Japan, Sea bream is a fish that is served on festive occasions. That's because the Japanese word for sea bream“tai,” is part of the sound of “medetai,” which means auspicious. You will learn to make the following: - Tai Meshi (sea bream rice) - Daikon and umeboshi salad
(Daikon is Japanese winter radish - Umeboshi is sour plum ) - Nasu dengaku (miso glazed eggplant) - Dashimaki-tagago ( Japanese juicy omelet) - Miso soup with seasonal vegetables Please bring your own apron :-) The cost of participation: 35 euros ***I kindly ask members to pay in advance by Paypal or Bank transfer
