Kettle and stroll

Hey mamas! I will be hosting the first stroll and kettle workout on thePoint Pleasant Beach boardwalk. This is a stroller bootcamp that I’m running that utilizes a kettle bell. You will need to bring along your own kettle bell, which will be stored under your stroller and used when needed. The kettle bell needs to be a light to moderate weight. Some of my weight recommendations would be 10, 15, 20lbs. I also recommend a running stroller. There will be limited spots; because I like to coach proper form and technique. $5 dollars per mama. All the money goes back into buying equipment for future events. Hope you can join.
