Do you know how to make Sushi, Okonomiyaki, Udon etc or would you like to discover new Japanese dishes?? Here is a great opportunity to learn how to cook homemade Japanese food! Japanese food is very diverse, from street food to traditional dishes. Sometimes it is complicated to find the right ingredients in France. In my cooking classes, however, I will give you tips to buy the ingredients and what you can use as alternatives. ==★==★=WORKSHOP INFO=★==★== Cooking classes are held in English and you will get the recipes during the class. 5 persons are maximum for the cooking class due to the size of my kitchen. Please only register if you can attend before signing up for the event. Nikujyaga is common food in Japan and many people recognized it as Mom's home cooking dish.
It’s the Japanese version of beef stew; however, it contains a fairly small amount of meat. The meat is added for flavor rather than substance, just like most of Japanese cooking. It is simmered in the classic Japanese seasonings of soy sauce, sake, mirin, and sugar. Of course, we will eat them after the workshop!
