He has an MBA in Management from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University. Eric believes that NLP could be helpful to more quickly identify growth opportunities in new markets. For him, the Metis program was a great way to learn about how to use NLP and was the motivation for his final project that used NLP to identify new market opportunities from a trade publication. Eric has proven capability to deliver profitable top line growth for global manufacturers of engineered materials and components by: •Linking materials and process technologies with exciting new market opportunities
•Defining successful strategic, business and market plans that clearly define action needed to deliver growth
•Identifying, defining and leading specific market/product development project teams to support growth
•Developing and managing partnerships, including acquisitions, up and down the market chain to drive success
•Communicating and collaborating with top management and across the organization to support success About Metis Metis (thisismetis.com) accelerates careers in data science by providing full-time immersive bootcamps, evening part-time professional development courses, online resources, and corporate programs based in Seattle, New York, Chicago, and San Francisco.
