Dharma Yoga is a graceful, yet challenging form of yoga based on Sri Dharma Mittra’s yoga. Sri Dharma Mittra, also affectionately known as the "Teachers' Teacher", he was one of the first independent yoga teachers on the East Coast and has inspired millions on the path of Yogic practice and teaching. Dharma yoga is a style of yoga based on Dharma Mittra's yoga and his teachers hold so much of his divine energetic essence, along with their own prodigiously, divine energetic touches to the practice. Students from all walks of life and schools of yoga love this method of teaching. This practice is created for all levels; where the pose begins and can be built upon with variations to satisfy growth for all paths of life and levels of being. It is a practice that profoundly guides the students to dive deeper and connect in a meditative and spiritual way. In this practice many techniques are offered to students to help them deepen their practice on many levels of being, using the best techniques to connect with the self. A spiritual practice that emphasizes aligned health, a clear mind and a compassionate heart filled with love.

Crystal Bowl Meditation: Each cell in the body is genetically programmed to maintain its own health and well-being. During the course of our life, many emotional, mental and environmental factors interfere with this state. When the body is vibrating out of tune or non-harmoniously, it is called dis-ease. The human body is the sum of many vibrations emanating from the organs, muscles, and nerves. The sound and vibrations emanating from the bowls re-tune the listener’s body by opening, clearing and rebalancing the 7 chakras, 20 meridians, and 365 acupoints. Heart and respiratory rates change, self-healing powers are activated and the immune system strengthened.
