SPECIAL! 90min Vinyasa Yoga, Deep Practice & Essential Oil Therapy / Massage

Greetings Yogis, Brrr, it’s cold out! In the chill of late autumn, our bodies seem to be our worst enemies : they begin to feel like a burden — vulnerable to getting sick or feeling weak or cold in the chilled temperature of the season. But don't despair : We can claim our bodies back by taking care of them and using them to generate happiness and wellbeing through yoga! Deep breathing liberates stress and calms the mind, more intense exercise gets the heart pumping and endorphins flowing, long stretching works out all the knots and tight areas we’ve built up standing stiffly in the metro or rigidly seated at work -- all these elements will come together in this extra special 90 minute class. To fully take advantage of the evening’s bliss, there will be some Ayurvedic massage with essential oils at the end of class to leave you feeling fully relaxed and replenished. And as always, there will be great music carefully curated to fit each changing mood and energy level of your flow. This class is also a great opportunity o take your yoga class to the next level, as we will be learning some new and more challenging postures with the extra time we have. However, like I say in all my classes, if your body is not physically ready to tackle more difficult poses, then that is also no problem — you follow the class at the level that suits you best!
I will be there to offer alternative postures as well as to assist you with alignment and keep you safe. This class will begin with basic foundation poses of Vinyasa Yoga, as we progress in the practice, we will build on to each sequence with more interesting and fun postures. The flow will be unlike any other you've experienced, I try to make each class creative and invigorating. We have the unique opportunity to be in the very lovely WeWork space in the 9e arrondissement.
The space is equipped with bathrooms, a lounge, a kitchen, a snack area, free WiFi, a bar with café/hot drinks, and perfumed water for unlimited enjoyment. What to bring ?
a YOGA MAT (There ARE Yoga mats available for your use in the space, so if you do not have a mat, you can use one for free. Hooray!)
a small towel
comfortable clothes you can move in
a sweater or blanket for the end of class meditation (if you get cold)
a water bottle
20€ (To guarantee your reservation, please write me a message to confirm your RSVP) We will begin class promptly at 7:15pm, please ARRIVE at 7pm so you can enter the building before class starts and have time to change/get settled in the space. If you arrive after 7:15pm, there is no guarantee I will be able to let you into the building The nearest subway stop is at Saint-Philippe du Roule (line 9), Miromesnil (line 13) or Franklin-Roosevelt (line 1/9) or Parking Claridge at 60 rue de Ponthieu. The building requires keycard access at the entrance. There will be someone downstairs with a Yo Yo Yoga sign that will be there to manage your entry into the space. Once at the front desk, say you are a guest of Luka Lazić, and are there to attend the Yoga Class that evening. Please remember to bring a PHOTO ID with you, it will be necessary to present this at the front desk to enter the building** Some things to know about the space we will be practicing in :
