Evening Movmnt Practice

We will explore movement using various movement riddles, games, tools, drills and coordinations in order to develop our movement awareness and to broaden and strengthen our current movement practice. The Fighting Monkey Practice is not a stand alone system but rather an approach that supports and strengthens one’s current movement practice whether it be yoga, dance, martial arts, parkour and any sport. The Practice is multi-generational and open to all levels of athletic ability, from beginner to experienced. Everyone will be challenged, encouraged and supported in their movement research. The Practice is $20 per session, but no one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
