JOIN THIS CLASS IF YOUR GOAL IS TO: feel more fit and move better overall; undo some of the damage of sitting all day LEVEL: All (no experience necessary) EXPECT TO: Work your core and major muscle groups in every class (we have low impact options for everything). You’ll warm up through floor-based animal movements and mobility work, bump up the intensity through circuit training (e.g. HIIT) and focus more deeply on proprioception, stability, balance and/or another skill. You'll experience elements from natural movement / Movnat, Stick Mobility, parkour, and the Fighting Monkey Practice. We'll be barefoot, just like in a yoga class.
