The Yoga of dance is a powerful combination of Yoga and Dance.
We start our session by stretching the body with soft, slow and kind stretching movements on the floor (Yoga mat), then we continue with guided dance movements synchronized with breathing exercises followed by a free creative dance. This first part will open up your body, it will help your mind to relax and release stress, and the free dance will open you to a very creative experience. A relaxation follows all of the above, and then a meditation to rebalance and refuse the energy to be ready to join our vibrant city.
Classes are offered by Simona Evoli (Dharma Devi) one of the Masters Teacher of this fantastic technique.
