Hike in the 20th arr
dim. 21 octobre à 14:15
The 20th arrondissement is one of the most endearing arrondissement of Paris. During the hike, your heart will sway between charming little winding streets and large open spaces (Père Lachaise cemetery, Parc of Belleville...); between country houses with gardens and massive towers pointing towards the sky; between city housing estates of yesterday (made of red bricks and mosaïc) and those of today (made of wood, glass and aluminium); between trendy and connected youths lingering at terraces of cafés and teenagers wearing sandals and socks riding their scooters; between buildings dating back to the reign of King Louis XIV and places that hold the story of the Paris revolt of the Commune of 1871 ... and the list continues... Join this fantastic hike on Ocotber 21st.
We meet up at 2.15pm at the exit of métro Alexandre Dumas ( (line 2) The hike is 3h30 (about 12km) long. And yes we will take a break in the middle of the hike. Your guide speaks both French and English. Sometimes there few people who sign up on Meetup but the hikes are on other plateforms and the group is always around 10 to 15 people max. Feel free to contact us, if you have any questions. Camille
