You will learn how to make TERIYAKI SALMON from scratch,
and also learn how to make some other Japanese healthy side dishes. Teriyaki is a cooking technique used in Japanese cuisine in which foods are broiled or grilled with a glaze of soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. You will learn to make the following: *Teriyaki salmon
*Agedashi tofu (deep fried tofu with dashi broth)
*Sunomono (wakame and cucumber vinegar salad)
*Shouga Gohan (ginger rice)
*O miso shiru (miso soup) Please bring your own apron :-) The cost of participation: 35 euros ***I kindly ask members that are joining for the 1st time will be asked to transfer the €35 fee prior to the event.
Reason being that typically more than 50% of the newcomers do not show-up without advising. Thank you for your understanding since I purchase and prepare the food ingredients before the event.
