This interactive workshop will include: * easy but deep Hatha Yoga postures
a deeper understanding of the Mind and its tendencies
practical Breathing techniques to relax mental activity
a Q&A session, accompanied by a warm herbal tea! Yoga mats and cushions will be provided.
