The workshop aims to create awareness of a healthy way of life that is stress free. Come learn two simple, yet powerful breathing techniques, experience a guided meditation and learn about the ancient science of your mind, all of which will dissolve stress and leave you with a smile! The class will explore the elegant Mind-Breath-Body connection and how we can consciously use our breathing to live in the present moment, break through our barriers, realize our full potential, learn how to manage our emotions, and live a happier life. Registration not needed. The first 15 minutes will be dedicated to getting settled and the meditation will begin promptly at 7pm.
