  2. In the afternoon we will hold a Lyre live concert. ・Veggie Sushi is made by an exclusive wooden mold with seasonal vegetables.

I named it “Putit Four Sushi” because looks like a French cake with a colorful decoration.

Each vegetable is layered one by one considering Ying-Yang system, then boiled in a big pot with low heat at the same time, so that the taste and flavor become wonderful, also turn to energetic food.

The lyre is a string instrument known for its use in Greek classical antiquity and later periods. The lyre is similar in appearance to a small harp but with distinct differences. In organology, lyres are defined as "yoke lutes", being lutes in which the strings are attached to a yoke that lies in the same plane as the sound-table and consists of two arms and a cross-bar. It has calmer sound than other music instrumental’s one because it is tuned in 432㎐ and go through naturally into our heart.
