Mindset - Self Defense and Stress Management Workshop

This workshop will cover the basics of self-defense, stress management and performance enhancement. Some of the topics we'll be focusing on include: • Simple and highly effective martial arts and functional training techniques
• The science of breathing and breath training for fear and stress management
• The science of Flow State and performance enhancement
• Mindfulness and Focus The schedule will look something like this: 6PM - Arrival and get ready
6.15PM - Introduction + short movement and breath session (to help focus body and mind)*
6.30PM - Lecture on science of Breathing and Flow State
7.00PM - Functional Movement and Martial Arts training (low to medium intensity)*.
7.45PM - Collective Breath Session and Discussion.
8PM - End
- Please note that athletic wear is not required, but it will help to come dressed comfortably enough to move around. If you want to learn how to take control of fear and stress, enhance performance levels and learn a couple things that could help you out in a bad situation, then please join us. This workshop is open to all body types and fitness levels.
