About the panelists - Kevin Siskar is the Managing Director of the Founder Institute New York, host of the Ambition Today podcast, Venture Partner with Outbound Ventures and a co-founder of the NYC Innovation Collective.As the Managing Director of the Founder Institute, Kevin manages New York's early-stage technology startup accelerator, oversees the local portfolio of talented founders, and works with the best startup mentors in the city. Kevin was awarded Best Startup Ecosystem Developer across the Founder Institute network, which serves almost 200 cities worldwide. - Jeremy Harper is Principal at Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator. Before joining ERA, Jeremy was a senior strategy consultant on the Booz Allen Hamilton team that re-entered the commercial market in 2011. He served financial services clients and conceptualized new service offerings for the unit, which was branded as an internal startup. Prior to Booz Allen, Jeremy was a communications planner with Unilever, where he was on the global strategy team for digital media. He has also served as head of marketing for The5thMedium, a London-based startup. - Pano Anthos is the Managing Partner and Founder at XRC Labs. Having founded 4 startups around key platform shifts, he saw the seismic shift coming to retail and with the right vision and timing recruited Parsons School of Design and Kurt Salmon to be founding sponsors. Now with 38 accelerated startups, 10 active world class retail sponsors, 100+ business mentors, Pano has built a world-class ecosystem for retail and consumer goods innovation at XRC Labs. - Sarah Milewski is the Senior Platform and Program Manager at Dreamit Ventures. She works with the Managing Directors on operationalizing startup growth strategies during acceleration cycles. This includes connecting startups with industry experts, investment professionals, & potential customers. She works with the founders from admission into the program through raising their next rounds. Prior to Dreamit Sarah was a first-hire team member of an NYC beauty startup and co-founder of a venture that completed the MassChallenge accelerator program and henceforth has experienced startup world from many different angles. - Minda is the founder of The Memo LLC, a premiere career development platform for women of color. The Memo helps women of color prepare for their seat at the table with education, community, and access. In 2016, she was nominated as a Change Maker at The White House State of Women Summit. Minda is a member of the New York Junior League and volunteers at women's shelters across NYC; helping women enhance their resumes and interviewing skills.
